Product introduction
The hardness of 1095 steel is generally between HRC58-62. HRC is the hardness coefficient, which represents the hardness of steel. The higher the hardness, the stronger the wear resistance and abrasion resistance of the steel. Therefore, the high hardness of 1095 steel gives it superior performance in fields such as cutting and cold work mold manufacturing.
In addition to high hardness, 1095 steel also has the following excellent properties:
(1) Wear resistance: The high carbon content of 1095 steel gives it excellent wear resistance and can withstand various wear environments.
(2) Strength: 1095 steel has high tensile and bending strength, which can meet the needs of manufacturing tools and molds.
(3) Resilience: The toughness of 1095 steel is relatively low, but it can still meet the requirements for general use when used and processed reasonably.
Due to its high hardness and wear resistance, 1095 steel has been widely used in the following fields:
(1) Cutting tools: 1095 steel can be used to manufacture cutting tools such as drill bits, milling cutters, and planers, improving cutting efficiency and tool life.
(2) Cold work molds: 1095 steel can be used to manufacture cold stamping molds, cold extrusion molds, etc., improving the service life of molds and product quality
(3) Wear resistant parts: 1095 steel can be used to manufacture wear-resistant parts such as bearings, gears, chains, etc., improving the service life and reliability of equipment.

Scope of Application
1095 steel plate is a kind of low carbon steel with high strength and good formability.
