Product introduction
4140 carbon steel round rod has the following performance characteristics:
High strength and hardness: Due to the high content of carbon and alloying elements, it has high tensile strength and yield point.
Wear resistance: Its hardness and strength make it have good wear resistance and can withstand large friction and wear.
Good toughness: not easily brittle or fractured under impact and vibration.
Good machinability: easy to cut and drill, with good welding and heat treatment performance.
Poor corrosion resistance: It is prone to rust in humid environments and requires surface treatment or coating protection.
