Product introduction
Brass tube is an alloy composed of copper and zinc, also known as brass alloy tube. According to the different components, brass tubes can be divided into different types, with the most common being H65 brass tubes and H68 brass tubes. The components of H65 brass tube mainly include Cu and Zn, with Cu content ranging from 64.0% to 67.0% and Zn content ranging from 33.0% to 36.0%. The components of H68 brass tube are added with trace amounts of Pb and Sn on the basis of H65 brass tube to improve its strength and corrosion resistance.
The characteristics of brass pipes are as follows:
Good thermal conductivity: As brass pipes are alloys composed of copper and zinc, they have good thermal conductivity and can effectively transfer heat, making them suitable for radiators, heating systems, and other applications.
High strength: Brass pipes have high strength and hardness, can withstand large pressure and bending stress, and are not easy to deform and fracture.
Corrosion resistance: Brass pipes have a certain resistance to corrosion in environments such as atmosphere, fresh water, and seawater, and are not easily rusted or corroded.
Convenient processing: The processing performance of brass pipes is good, and they can be processed for cutting, bending, welding, riveting, etc., which is convenient for construction and installation.
