The manufacturing process of colored corrugated plate mainly includes the following steps:
Preparation of raw materials: Color coated steel plate is the main raw material for color corrugated plate, which needs to be treated with rust removal, cleaning, etc. to ensure its surface cleanliness and quality.
Processing and forming: The processed color coated steel plate is processed into a corrugated shape through a molding machine to form a corrugated board. During this process, it is necessary to strictly control parameters such as temperature and pressure to ensure the shape and quality of the corrugated plate.
Surface treatment: After processing and forming, the surface of the corrugated plate needs to be coated to improve its corrosion resistance and aesthetics. Common coating materials include polyester, silicone, etc.
Finished product inspection: Finally, quality inspection is required on the colored corrugated plate to check whether its surface quality, dimensional accuracy, etc. meet the requirements. Qualified colored corrugated plates need to be packaged and stored for future transportation and use.

The weight of colored aluminum sheet per square meter is only 8kg (3.0mm thickness), with a tensile strength of 100-280N/mm ², combining lightweight and high-strength characteristics. The surface coating is formed into a reflective film layer through multiple magnetron sputtering processes, which can selectively reflect more than 80% of infrared and ultraviolet thermal energy. The bending strength of colored aluminum material reaches 100-280N/mm ², and the elastic modulus exceeds 70000MPa, maintaining structural stability even in extreme weather conditions.
Adopting polyester spraying or fluorocarbon spraying technology, the substrate pretreatment, primer spraying, high-temperature curing and other processes are completed through an intelligent fully automated control system. Among them, fluorocarbon coating has better weather resistance, with a color retention rate of over 95% even in a testing environment with a UV radiation intensity of 300MJ/m ². Some products use spectral selective reflection insulation film technology, which can reduce indoor temperature by 5-8 ℃.
Colored aluminum is mainly used in the following scenarios:
● Architectural exterior wall decoration: used as a metal curtain wall panel, suitable for surface treatment processes such as imitation stone and imitation wood grain.
● Industrial buildings: Covering large-span factory roof structures, with a fire rating of A2 standard.
● Interior decoration: used for components such as aluminum ceilings and composite partitions.
● Door and window profiles: replace traditional plastic steel materials, improve wind pressure resistance by more than 40%.
