Product introduction
Q195 galvanized pipe is a type of galvanized steel pipe made of carbon structural steel. Its chemical composition is C 0.06 - 0.12, Si ≤ 0.30, Mn 0.25 - 0.50, P ≤ 0.050, S ≤ 0.045, Cu ≤ 0.30, Ni ≤ 0.30, Cr ≤ 0.30, Al ≤ 0.050.
Q195 galvanized steel pipe has good plasticity and weldability, and is widely used in fluid transportation, processing, manufacturing and other fields in industries such as construction, machinery, chemical industry, metallurgy, etc. Its yield strength is 195MPA, which is lower than the strength of Q235.
In addition, Q195 galvanized steel pipe has good pressure processing performance, but its strength is relatively low. It has high plasticity, toughness, and good welding performance, but surface quality, dimensional accuracy, etc. may be affected to some extent.
