Product introduction
The manufacturing process of galvanized coils mainly includes two types: hot-dip galvanizing and electrogalvanizing. Hot dip galvanizing is a process of immersing steel into a molten zinc solution, causing a zinc film to adhere to the surface of the steel. This zinc film can effectively protect the steel from corrosion and oxidation. Electrogalvanizing, on the other hand, deposits zinc ions on the surface of steel through electrolysis to form a zinc film.
Galvanized coils are widely used in fields such as construction, manufacturing, transportation, and packaging. In the field of construction, galvanized coils are used to manufacture building components such as wall panels, ceilings, doors and windows; In the manufacturing field, galvanized coils are used to manufacture the shells and components of products such as automobiles and household appliances; In the field of transportation, galvanized coils are used to manufacture transportation equipment such as containers and storage tanks; In the field of packaging, galvanized coils are used to manufacture packaging materials such as boxes and pallets.
