Product introduction
Galvanized pipe is a type of steel pipe covered with a zinc layer on the outside, aimed at enhancing the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe. This type of steel pipe is widely used in various fields such as construction, electricity, and transportation.
According to different manufacturing processes, galvanized pipes can be divided into two types: hot-dip galvanized pipes and electroplated galvanized pipes. Hot dip galvanized pipes are formed by melting and adhering a zinc layer to the surface of the steel pipe under heating conditions, forming a dense zinc layer. Electrogalvanizing is the process of depositing zinc ions on the surface of steel pipes to form a zinc layer through electrolysis.
