Product introduction
The production process of SS400 I beam mainly includes processes such as continuous casting, rolling, straightening, and shearing. Among them, the rolling process is a key link, which ensures the dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties of the steel by controlling parameters such as rolling temperature and deformation. At the same time, in order to meet the needs of different specifications and shapes, corresponding processing steps such as straightening and shearing are also required.
In order to improve the service life and durability of SS400 I beams, anti-corrosion treatment is usually required. Common anti-corrosion treatment methods include painting, hot-dip galvanizing, and spray painting. These processing methods can effectively protect I-beams from corrosion and rust, and extend their service life.
