Product introduction
The main characteristics of copper tubes include:
Excellent conductivity and thermal conductivity: Due to the high conductivity and thermal conductivity of copper, copper tubes are often used as the main material for conducting and cooling accessories in electronic products.
Good corrosion resistance and weather resistance: Copper tubes have strong corrosion resistance, are not easy to oxidize, and are not prone to chemical reactions with some liquid substances.
Easy to process and shape: Copper tubes can be easily bent and shaped to meet various design and installation needs.
There are different types of copper tubes based on their purity and impurity content. For example, the national standard copper tube TU2 (Japanese standard copper tube C1011), also known as oxygen free copper, has a purity of 99.95%, an oxygen content not exceeding 0.003%, and a total impurity content not exceeding 0.05%. This type of copper tube has no hydrogen embrittlement, high conductivity, good processing and welding performance, corrosion resistance, and low temperature performance.
